This FAQ aims to answer as many questions on membership as
possible but please contact us if your question is not answered
here. I paid for my Premier Life Membership (PLM) by
instalments but am still receiving a temporary membership card.
Why is this?
- The permanent PLM cards include a photograph of the
holder. Whilst we send out a reminder, we have no
alternative but to continue sending temporary cards until we
receive a passport sized photograph. Please remember to
include your name on the back of the photograph!
I left a message on the answerphone but my query hasn't
been answered.
- All admin is undertaken by volunteers with the office
manned typically twice a week. When leaving messages it is
helpful if you can leave your name, contact number and the
details of your query. This helps us to have the information
to hand when we return your call.
