| | The Council of Management is the Trust's Board and is concerned more with strategy and fundraising with operational matters devolved to the trading subsidiary, the Swanage Railway Company. These notes provide an overview of some of the matters discussed this month. - The new PLM recruitment campaign is ready for launch. There was also a discussion about how to budget for the benefits PLM members receive in the longer term.
- David Saunders has now taken over responsibility for the 200 Club from Bob and Nona Noble.
- Proceeds from the 2005 Draw have now passed £12k with a significant increase in applications from Members following Steve Doughty's letter. Consideration is to be given to the 2006 Draw and especially towards securing donated prizes.

- Consideration was given to a possible application for funding from the Purbeck Community Partnership. The most likely application would be for extended DMU operations
- It was confirmed that Bulleid 4365 had arrived at Rampart and work was expected to start shortly
- An updated volunteer brochure will be distributed shortly.
- The Trust re-affirmed its policy on the mainline connection despite changes in the funding environment.
